SALES REPRESENTATIVE- Must be at least a High School Graduate.- At least 2 to 5 years of work experience as a Sales Agent, Sales Representative, or any sales-related work.
- Must know how to drive a motorcycle, has a driver's license, and, preferably, owns a motorcycle.- Has good communication and customer service skills.
SALES SUPERVISOR- Must possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Administration/Management. - At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. - Has good project management, communications, and interpersonal skills; creative and capable of conceptualizing marketing and sales strategies.
ACCOUNTING/ADMIN SUPERVISOR- Must possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.- At least three (3) years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Ensures that proper accounting procedures and control are thoroughly implemented.- Supervises and motivates accounting personnel
ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR- Must possess a Bachelor’s or College Degree in Industrial/ Mechanical Engineering or any other relevant field- At least three (3) years experience in a manufacturing company as a Project Engineer or Engineering Supervisor, preferably in the same industry.- Experienced in leading an engineering department, with functions such as the implementation of effective engineering strategies, processes, and systems.- Ability to add value, reduce costs and make business improvements
